  Good pizza but poor service. My order was wrong and the delivery driver didn't even offer a solution. I paid for the pizza which was $17 for a small 10 inch specialty. I was also charged 2 delivery fees because I had 2 orders. They were placed on the same call and delivered at the same time. Should not be charged twice for that. Not very impressive for a new business.

  I order from Marco's all the time because the food is great. Unfortunately, the employees and the service is not. I just place a $50 order and only got half the food I ordered. I ordered two pizzas, a salad, a cold sub, and 15 wings. There was no salad and the sub was hot and not edible due to the heated mayo and cooked vegetables. I called to complain because this has happened to me before with the same restaurant. The girl on the phone got an attitude and said there was nothing she could do because the manager was not there. I got upset and she told me to get over it because they were really busy and mistakes happen. I got even more upset and she hung up on me. I called back and she was laughing and cursing on the phone with whoever was in the background. they were discussing my order and laughing. I hung up and called corporate. Now I'm just waiting for a call back. This is not the type of people who need to be left to run a business!!!! They are unprofessional and immature. I am a paying customer and when I ask to speak to a manager because my order was not complete, a manager should be available, not a bunch of paid employees acting like petty high school kids. And I still have not been refunded for $14 worth of food.
